The B.C. Ministry of Education has provided a learning survey to be completed by parents of children in grades 4, 7, 10, & 12.   This learning survey provides important feedback for our school.

Prespatou to Re-Open Monday
SD 60 is happy to report that Prespatou Elementary Secondary School will be back to regular classes Monday, May 8th. The issues that necessitated the school’s temporary closure have been remedied and regular classes and operations can resume.

Prespatou School Remains Closed

SD 60 regrets that ongoing late spring snow melt and heavy runoff conditions have caused the sanitation lagoons at Prespatou Elementary Secondary School to overfill. Until a working septic system can be re-established,

Due to unseasonal weather conditions and high water levels caused by rapid spring runoff Prespatou School will need to remain closed on Monday, May 1, 2017 as the district works to establish effective clearance within the school’s lagoon system.

Notice to staff and community

Due to unseasonal weather conditions and high water levels caused by rapid spring runoff Prespatou School will need to close Friday, April 28th as the district works to establish effective clearance within the school’s lagoon system.

Thank-you to the carnival volunteers, the community, and our sponsors for supporting the Prespatou Carnival.  The Carnival was a fundraiser for our outside classroom, and we were able to raise $4600 due to all the support we received.
